Waiting for Bella
We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby Bella (as the Elliotts prefer to name her) and are practicing holding a baby. Tonight we worked on swaddling a newborn and then holding her by supporting the head and neck. As you can see, one child is ready, the other probably is not. What do you think Jill, can Baby Bella's cousins hold her in a week or so???

Hey, they can hold her today as far as I'm concerned!! Are they going to be able to adjust if it's baby Mia, and not baby bella? I was showing Luke how to hold a baby the other day, using his puppies... all I have to say is that these little ones will need some supervision holding a real baby the first few times around for sure! :)
And based on that second photo, remind me to make that if you all babysit, that Payton isn't in charge!
Me again... Luke has just weighed in with his big brother thoughts. Carsyn has his OK for holding the baby, but as he said, Payton can't because "I don't want my baby to be yucky, I want her to be clean. When my baby drops on the floor, she needs to take a bath." Sorry Payton.
So, Payton only gets to hold her before she gets a bath, right? She does look like she's having fun, though.
I think Payton looks like a great babysitter!
So Jill, does this mean her name is Mia, or are you still deciding on PooPoo head?

It looks like they're ready...but I think Payton might need a little supervision. :) They are going to have to fight Jenna for her when we're there though. Jenna already has told everyone that she gets to hold Jill's baby whenever she wants. Not sure where that came from.
PS LOVE Payton's outfit. :)
Will Jenna say the baby is too heavy this time, like she did with Luke?? :)
