SOOOOOOOOO bored!
So here I am, one hour into adminstering my last semester exam and bored out of my mind. I drank way too much sweet tea for lunch and now am about to pee my pants...but I can't leave my kids...they might cheat! I can't even listen to fun holiday music...these kids are quite easily distracted and sentence diagramming takes some serious concentration! So I am stuck with just Manheim Steamroller and Diana Kralls Christmas, which by the way I highly recommend to all my Ipod friends.
All this typing is just drawing more attention to the fact that my nails are a mess...I need a manicure. All of this "teaching" nonsense is really getting in the way with my life! I had all morning off and wasted it away at Hobby Lobby.
Wanna hear something funny? Holly Hobby is back. But not the sweet little bonnet prairie girl. She's kind of boho-chic. Carsyn and I watched the holiday movie on a kids channel this weekend. She loved it and now wants a "Hobby Lobby" doll and movie for Christmas. Hilarious...my little shopper!

I don't want to hear about how bored you are...I'm stuck in school (without exams) until Friday at 3:20. I just wish I had some time to be bored!
I saw the Holly Hobby stuff and was so disappointed...she has really changed over the last 30 years! :)
I saw her in the stores, too, but didn't realize there was a new cartoon. I agree, she's not too cute. Thank you, Amy, for reminding me not to whine, b/c someone always has it worse. I was upset that we only get Fri. off. Yikes! Sleep on the ride here.
By the way, not to make fun of my mother, (but I'm going to), Grandma likes to call Hobby Lobby "Holly Hobby" or "Holly Lobby." It's cute whether you're 3 or 90.
That's OK, I'll make fun of my mother too...when it first opened here, mom kept calling it "Hooby Looby". I'm giggling now, just typing it!!!
Okay, so I can't whine as much as Amy because I don't have to work until Friday, BUT right now I am overwhelmed (no boredom here) with subbing 6 days straight and still 6 unfinished sewing/craft projects needing to be done by Saturday along with wrapping, baking, and packing. PLUS..i am an hour away from any Hobby Holly Hooby Lobby Lolly Looby. I need one close right now. Enough venting--off to bed. MOM
jenni- can you say that again, three times fast?
