Our New Home...Maybe???

After countless hours of online and reality searching, we think this is it. It's a home in Weatherford, TX. A big country town just west of Ft. Worth...they have a lake and a farmer's market...love it! Anyway, we put in a bid on this house today. We are determined to get it...just hope we get it for the low low price we bid on!

It's kinda funny that if you would see this house right now you wouldn't believe it... a man apparently lives there alone. No furniture in the three bedrooms, minimal furnishings elsewhere, tons and tons of AFLAC paperwork (job related) and more alcohol and cigarettes than you can imagine...the man obviously has a problem...but he kept the smoke outside and the house will be gorgeous when it's ours.

We will put in all new countertops, brand new appliances and my fav...granite counters!!! What do you think?

Like it alot. The living room reminds me of yours with the windows, furniture placement, etc. Is the large "junk" room a spare or one of the bedrooms? And is there a master besides the 3? Love the look outside. Good curb appeal. MOM

Is Weatherford the town where Harry lived, the guy who recruited us for the FWISD? The house looks great! Good Luck with everything.

I really like it - especially the bonus room. What would you do with that? How many bedrooms and how many baths? And what is the yard like? Details please!!

PS SOOOO glad he smoked outside. Yucky!

1st impression - gorgeous exterior.
2nd - I can't believe someone actually had it that messy to show, either. I can't even imagine a guy doing that. Obviously he never read those hints about having it smell like cookies baking. Its going to be beautiful, though.
